I found the staff kind and helpful. David and Roman at the concierge desk were especially great. There were eggs, bacon, salads, and fruits. The room was also clean!
The noise from the trams outside was constant. It made getting a good night's sleep difficult, especially since the noise started early and ended late.

the location was fine. it was acceptable for getting around the area.
the air conditioning didn't work and i was told it couldn't be turned on because it wasn't summer yet, even though it was may. i got a fan, but i wanted the ac. my room was right on the ground level facing the entrance, and the bright lights shone through the curtains, terrible.
