The hotel offers very nice, comfy, and clean rooms, though the air conditioning didn't work properly. The service was extremely charming and helpful, especially Yousef who was professional and attentive. The location is excellent, minutes from the center, with easy access to public transportation. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were small but didn't affect the comfort level as I spent most of the day exploring outside. They were sparkly clean and stocked with basic toiletries, which was great. The layout was exceptional, very well organized and exceptionally clean. Having a fridge, tea/coffee making facilities, and a hairdryer in the bathroom was convenient. The room was cleaned daily, and fresh towels were provided.
